Media Strategist / Planner (B2B Corporate Campaigns)

Media StrategistPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Media Strategist to design and execute integrated media plans that drive brand growth, influence public perception, and support business objectives. This role will lead media strategy for brand launches and ongoing campaigns, partner closely with government relations and public affairs teams on policy-oriented communications, and translate business priorities into measurable media outcomes across paid, owned, and earned channels for our Aerospace Manufacturing client.This is a 20- to 30-hour/week freelance role. It starts as soon as possible and will run for two months. This role is REMOTE. You must be willing to work in Pacific Time. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, vet, and prioritize media sponsorship proposals from trade, investor communications, and government relations publicationsEvaluate proposals for relevance, impact, and ROI; summarize findings to support partner selectionRecommend a focused media mix to support the brand launch across priority stakeholder audiencesTrack and manage all proposals, responses, media kits, and related documentationCoordinate asset delivery with creative teams to ensure vendors receive the correct materials on timePartner with procurement or digital marketing leads to support payment and administrative processesQualifications7+ years as a Media Strategist, media planner, or activation lead supporting brand or B2B/corporate campaignsEstablished relationships with investor communications and government relations trade publications Experience sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing media sponsorship proposalsDemonstrate knowledge of ROI evaluation across specialty, trade, and stakeholderfocused publicationsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; able to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.Experience managing budgets and vendors, negotiating placements, and optimizing spend for maximum impact.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt strategy based on evolving business and policy requirements.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
