Oversee daily service operations, including equipment installations and project coordination Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Improve workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement and productivity Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation Partner with leadership to support company goals and growth initiatives Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and supply chain processes Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutionsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in operations or service management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with project management tools and operational systems
