We're seeking energetic Bartenders who love creating memorable guest experiences with our fresh tacos, craft cocktails, and vibrant atmosphere. Position Overview: Bartenders: Mix creative cocktails, serve drinks efficiently, and engage with bar guests while maintaining a fun, welcoming vibe. Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve bar guests promptly, taking orders and delivering drinks with accuracy. Upsell menu specials, drinks, and desserts to enhance the guest experience. Handle payments, maintain a clean bar area, and collaborate with kitchen and support staff. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including margaritas and beer, while checking IDs and promoting responsible service. Requirements: Prior bartending experience in a restaurant setting (1+ years preferred; training available for enthusiastic candidates). Excellent communication and multitasking skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude. Knowledge of POS systems and basic mixology. Availability for evening shifts (nightly dinner) and weekends (lunch and dinner); part-time and full-time roles. Must be 21+ and able to stand/walk for long periods.
