The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Unit President, Sales Executives, and Operational leaders to drive commercial lines product support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. This leadership position also involves leading key projects to enhance efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness, as well as observing and reporting on market or service challenges. The VP will be responsible for the continuous improvement of product and service offerings, and for leading a team that is dedicated to client retention and cross-selling. Applicants for the VP role at the company should have an in-depth understanding of commercial lines coverage across various market segments, excellent analytical and mathematical skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires a strategic, goal-oriented individual with a proven track record in team leadership and a strong knowledge of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive leader with the ability to engage and influence a variety of audiences, and a demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships. A college degree is preferred, or comparable work experience, with at least 10 years in the insurance industry, particularly in operations, client retention, and new business development.
