Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced, logistics-driven team in Clinton, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ years of hands-on warehouse experience who is comfortable working with work orders, shipping documentation, and materials-handling tools. Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials in the warehouse and from incoming/outgoing vehicles. Read and follow work orders, shipping orders, or verbal instructions to determine materials movement. Secure materials for transport by installing strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively. Perform general warehouse duties, including staging, organizing inventory, and supporting shipping/receiving activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company safety standards. Required Qualifications 1+ years of warehouse experience in a materials-handling, shipping/receiving, or logistics environment. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. Familiarity with reading work orders or shipping documents. Comfortable taking direction and working independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Preferred Qualifications Experience using basic hand tools for securing loads. Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus).
