This company is a market leader known for its commitment to both customers and employees, offering strong benefits, a collaborative environment, and long-term growth opportunities.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain engineering SOPs using best practicesParticipate in quality assurance and design reviewsEvaluate and approve drawings, routings, specifications, and related documentationDesign and procure tools, fixtures, and equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesLead training for assemblers to improve processes and support new process implementationSupport prototype builds using concurrent engineering methodsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)3-5 years of relevant experienceStrong time management, problem-solving, and communication skillsMRP systems experience preferredBackground in metal fabrication, welding, and coating applications is a plusWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
