Were growing and looking for a motivated Install Helper to join our residential HVAC retrofit team!Are You:Curious, eager to learn, and ready to build your skills?Someone who takes pride in doing quality work and being a dependable teammate?Respectful, kind, and willing to support others while learning the trade?If so, wed love to meet you!Position: Residential HVAC Install HelperLocation: Boulder, COSchedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:30 PM (start/end times may vary slightly)Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $18$25/hour DOEExperience: 1+ year of HVAC or related hands-on experience preferredWhat Youll Do:Assist lead installers with the removal and installation of residential HVAC systemsHelp install ductwork, gas lines, flue pipes, and IAQ products under supervisionSupport with soldering, brazing, and refrigerant line installationKeep job sites clean and organized before and after each installationWork safely and efficiently as part of a 2-person install teamLearn the ins and outs of HVAC system installationsour leads are expected to teach!What Were Looking For:At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical workA strong work ethic and a desire to grow your skills in the tradeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areasA valid driver's license and clean driving recordEPA certification is a plus, but not required (well help the right candidate earn it!)Why Work at Meyers?We believe in taking care of our people. As an HVAC Installation Technician, youll work in residential homes and job sites that may include mechanical rooms, attics, basements, crawl spaces, and rooftops.Technicians must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight or confined spaces. This position requires the ability to regularly lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds, as well as push, pull, and maneuver heavier items with the appropriate equipment and team support.Daily tasks involve bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods of time.
