Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Biloxi Area for a Water Restoration Technician. The role involves responding to emergency water damage situations, assessing and documenting damage, performing water mitigation and restoration services, and operating specialized equipment. The technician will also maintain clear communication with property owners and team members to ensure high-quality service and timely project completion. Qualifications Experience in Water Damage and Water Damage RestorationKnowledge of Mitigation techniques and best practicesStrong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team membersAbility to work in physically demanding environments and handle equipment operationsAttention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent serviceValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCertification in water damage restoration is a plus
