This position ensures that end users receive timely assistance, that the EHR and ERP operate efficiently and securely, and that data reporting needs are met for clinical, administrative, and regulatory purposes.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESEHR/ERP System SupportServe as the first point of contact for system issues and service requests.Effectively communicate with organization staff members, particularly clinical staff.Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to workflows, data entry, and interfaces with other applications.Assist in system configuration, testing, upgrades, and implementation of new features.Provide training and create user guides or knowledge base articles to improve staff proficiency.Work with Finance department to manage contract fee schedules within the EHR and to reconcile member rosters.Maintain effective communication with all administrative and clinical program staff, assisting them to resolve problems.Research complex issues and collaborate with other team members for resolution.Reporting & Data ManagementMaintain scheduled reports and run ad hoc reports for clinical programs, compliance, and leadership needs.Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.Assist with report design and collaborate with IS team members or analysts on more complex report development.Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, and other privacy/security requirements.Work closely with clinical and administrative departments to understand workflow and reporting requirements.Escalate complex issues to the IS Supervisor.Identify recurring problems and recommend system or process improvements.Maintains knowledge of system enhancements.Works with IS team to troubleshoot and resolve problems.Participate in team meetings.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED.Minimum Experience Required: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service role and/or independent decision-making role.Preferred Education: Preferred Experience: EMR/EHR, Report DevelopmentREGULATORYMinimum 18 years of age.Valid AZ DPS Level I fingerprint clearance card (must maintain valid card throughout employment)Current, valid Driver's License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance to meet insurance requirementsEqual Opportunity EmployerIntermountain Centers is an equal opportunity employer.
