Marketing Ambassador

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store or reach out via phone or online. Needs Assessment: Listen to customers' needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations and solutions. Sales: Promote and sell our products by highlighting their features and benefits, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Product Education: Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers clearly and effectively, ensuring they understand how our products meet their needs. Customer Support: Address and resolve any customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally. Store Presentation: Help maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers. Team Collaboration: Work with your team members to achieve collective goals and provide feedback on customer interactions and sales strategies. Qualifications: Excellent Communication: Strong verbal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is beneficial but not required; a willingness to learn is key. Customer Service Skills: A genuine interest in helping others and providing excellent service. Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor that makes customers feel valued and supported.
