Senior Technical Project Manager – Web / CMS / E-Commerce

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Web Project Manager with a strong background managing end-to-end web application, CMS and e-commerce development projects.About the RoleThe ideal candidate should have successfully managed development teams working with PHP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, Drupal 7/8, WordPress, Magento, LAMP, WAMP, XAMPP and MVC frameworks. This is primarily a Project Management role, not a Developer position. The candidate should have sufficient technical understanding of these technologies to effectively manage developers, architects, QA teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.ResponsibilitiesManage complete project lifecycle for PHP-based web applications, CMS platforms and e-commerce solutions from requirements gathering through production deployment.Manage projects developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and AJAX.Lead implementation, enhancement, upgrade and migration projects involving Drupal 7, Drupal 8, WordPress and Magento.Manage development teams working in LAMP, WAMP and XAMPP environments.Manage application-development projects utilizing MVC architecture/frameworks.Work closely with PHP developers, front-end developers, Drupal developers, WordPress developers, Magento developers, UI/UX teams, solution architects, QA engineers and DevOps teams.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.Gather and coordinate business and functional requirements with business stakeholders and development teams.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives in Agile environments.Coordinate application design, development, integration, testing, UAT, release and production deployment.Manage CMS upgrades, website redesigns, platform migrations and application modernization initiatives.Coordinate integration of web applications with APIs, databases, payment platforms and third-party systems.Manage cross-functional onsite/offshore development teams and external vendors.Track project status through Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project-management tools.Provide project dashboards, RAID logs, executive status reports and stakeholder communications.Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, usability and quality requirements.Coordinate production releases, defect resolution, post-production support and project closure.QualificationsThe candidate must have Project Management experience managing projects involving:Required SkillsPHPHTML / HTML5CSS / CSS3XMLJavaScriptAJAXDrupal 7Drupal 8WordPressMagentoLAMPWAMPXAMPPMVC FrameworksWeb Application DevelopmentCMS Implementation / MigrationE-Commerce ApplicationsAgile / ScrumSDLCJira / ConfluenceDevelopment, QA, UAT and Production Release Management
