Server/Cashier

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties: - Greet customers and provide them with menus - Take customer orders accurately and promptly - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues - Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next customer - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change accurately - Knowledge of retail math for handling discounts, promotions, and sales - Culinary knowledge is a plus but not mandatory - Willingness to learn and help out in various areas of the restaurant If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have good communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
