REMODEL/RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

In this role, you ll be responsible for remodeling and cleaning properties and will assist in transforming damaged spaces back to their original condition.Come be part of a leading restoration company with a reputation for quality and excellence.Job Responsibilities:Prepare damaged areas for restoration by setting up temporary barriers and organizing the space. Set up equipment and staging areas necessary for the remodeling process. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on project progress and expected completion timelines. Utilize the appropriate tools and equipment to perform effective remodeling and cleaning tasks. Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring they are free of debris. Follow strict safety protocol and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Adhere to all company and safety policies while completing restoration projects. Perform additional duties as assigned.
