This position involves leading a talented agile team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and performant. As a technical liaison, you will collaborate closely with other development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve dependencies, improve engineering practices, and mitigate risks associated with software delivery. Your expertise will help shape the future architecture of the product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of clients and integrates seamlessly with other RelativityOne applications and services.The role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills in software design and development, as well as leadership capabilities to mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will oversee the implementation of best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and adherence to software engineering principles.
