Job DescriptionSenior Estimator - ConstructionA growing construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for residential or commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate and competitive project estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting preconstruction strategy.The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional with strong knowledge of construction costs, subcontractor coordination, and bid preparation who can contribute to successful project planning and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projectsReview project drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPerform and review quantity takeoffs and cost analysisSolicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids with subcontractors and suppliersDevelop project budgets and assist with preconstruction planningCollaborate with project managers, executives, and field teamsIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project qualityMaintain and update estimating databases and cost history recordsAssist with bid strategy and proposal preparationQualifications7+ years of experience in construction estimatingStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricingProven experience preparing large or complex construction estimatesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead estimating efforts and mentor junior estimatorsProficiency with estimating software and Microsoft ExcelBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not requiredCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive compensation package, ranging $110,000 - $150,000 per yearPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesFull benefits including health, dental, and retirement plansCareer growth opportunities within the preconstruction teamCollaborative and professional work environmentFor more information or to apply:Call or Text: Brandon Hill at 743-223-5229 Email: brandon.hill@gogpac.com
