About the Role We are seeking a Client Success Director to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution. You will lead client relationships, guide HR strategy, and ensure seamless delivery across payroll, benefits, and compliance—stepping in as needed to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
