DSC Table Games Floor

DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:• Protect the assets and integrity of Dakota Sioux Casino by ensuring that fair and honest game are being operated at all times. Oversee the games in progress when on duty.• Supervise employees for professionalism, game speed, accuracy, guest relations, and compliance to policies.• Settle disputes for customer or dealers in a fair and timely manner.• Prepare work schedules.• Perform training for new Table Game Dealers.• Maintain proper chip inventories on the tables.• Maintain guest relations to ensure the best entertainment value possible for all customers.• Maintain all necessary paperwork such as: impress banks, shift changes, fills, shift reports, player tracking, exact inventories of cards at all times and Title 31 information. Able to obtain all keys for the department.• Deal Table Games when needed.• Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two-year table games experience. Must have supervisory training or prior experience. Must have knowledge in the games played at Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel; such as Black Jack, different Poker Games, and Craps.OTHER:Must obtain a Key Gaming License, Ability to handle diverse situations/or people, Effective communication skills, Must demonstrate excellent attendance practices, and Must be able to work 8+ hours if necessary.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach; Sitting, standing or walking for extended periods of time.Equal Opportunity Employer
