Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance TITLE The person we are looking for will have the following title: CDL OPERATOR OBJECTIVE The main objective of the position is: CLD OPERATOR – Transporting transformers RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibilities of the position will be: Safely operate commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations. Transport goods to designated locations in a timely Ensure cargo is properly secured and protected Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors and customers Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents or violations immediately Comply with company safety policies and procedures. Perform vehicle inspections QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: The person should preferably have the following skills: Valid CDL license CDL Operator with 2-4 years Clean driving record and current DOT medical card Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to lift, load, or unload cargo when required Good communication skills (English/Spanish) Ability to work flexible hours as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The person should preferably have: Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of times Ability to climb in and out of the truck cab and trailer Ability to lift up to 50lbs -75lbs Exposure to varying weather conditions COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $26-$35 Hrly wage Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, Uniforms provided
