This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, working closely with our UK team to create compelling visual content across multiple marketing channels.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing DesignDesign and develop visually appealing email templates and campaignsCreate responsive email designs that work across all devicesDevelop email headers, banners, and promotional graphicsEnsure brand consistency across all email communicationsSocial Media Content CreationDesign engaging social media graphics for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)Create social media templates and maintain visual consistencyDevelop infographics, carousel posts, and story contentDesign social media advertising materialsTech Tip Content RefreshUpdate and modernize existing tech tip visual contentCreate new technical illustration and diagramsDesign informative and easy-to-understand visual guidesDevelop consistent visual language for technical contentWebsite Graphics and ContentDesign website banners, hero images, and landing page graphicsCreate product images and feature highlightsDevelop icons, illustrations, and visual elements for web useSupport website updates with fresh visual contentOptimize images for web performanceRequirementsTechnical SkillsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignAdobe XD (preferred not essential)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryExperience with responsive and mobile-first designKnowledge of email design best practices and limitationsUnderstanding of social media platform specifications and requirementsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design (preferred)Experience with design tools like Figma or Canva (plus)Professional ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environmentPortfolio demonstrating strong design skills across digital platformsExperience working with technology or B2B companies (preferred)Track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projectsSoft SkillsExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProactive and self-motivated approach to workFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesCollaborative mindset for working with remote teamsAbility to take constructive feedback and iterate on designsBenefitsIndependent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from HomeImmediate HiringSteady Freelance JobPlease note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
