Local CDL Driver - Day ShiftWe're looking for a dependable CDL Driver & Feed Mill Technician to support daily feed delivery operations and on-site mill activities. This role blends local driving with hands-on feed production and facility support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and serving local producers. Your work directly supports customer success through safe, timely deliveries and high-quality feed manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport feed and agricultural products to customers within the local service areaOperate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and CDL requirementsComplete daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptlyAccurately handle delivery documentation and required recordsAssist with feed mixing, batching, and manufacturing processesOperate feed mill equipment safely while maintaining quality and accuracy standardsLoad, unload, and clean trucks efficiently and safelySupport routing and distribution of feed to designated storage binsAssist with routine equipment maintenance and minor repairsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRepresent the cooperative professionally through positive customer interactionsPerform general facility duties and other tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experienceValid Class A CDL (additional endorsements preferred)Strong driving safety recordConsistent attendance and dependable work ethicTeam-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitudeWork Environment & Physical RequirementsOutdoor and indoor work in all weather conditionsOperation of manual transmission quad-axle trucks or semi-trucksFrequent climbing in and out of trucks throughout the dayAbility to climb ladders to inspect truck loadsOccasional lifting of up to 60 poundsAbility to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, loading, and equipment operationWhy Join UsStable, full-time schedule with daytime hoursLocal routeshome dailyHands-on role with variety and responsibilityOpportunity to be part of a close-knit, community-focused operation
