We are expanding our HVAC team and seeking qualified Residential HVAC Technicians and Installers to support our growing customer base. Position Requirements (Must-Have) Valid PA Driver’s License EPA 608 Certification A2L Certification Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening High school diploma or GED required HVAC 2 years experience (Preferred) Technical training or HVAC trade school (Preferred) Working knowledge of boiler systems (A plus) Key Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; recommend and perform repairs Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure peak performance Accurately document completed work and materials used Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Maintain company vehicle and tools in clean, working condition Ensure job sites, vehicles, and company property are clean, safe, and organized Hand tools needed to perform normal job functions Participate in rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work Keep certifications up to date and participate in ongoing training Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay: HVAC Service Technicians: Based on Experience Full Benefits Package Includes: Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays 401(k) with Profit Sharing Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Company Vehicle with Fuel Card Company-Issued Cell Phone Uniform Program Employee Discounts Why Work at Nittany Energy?
