A rapidly growing law firm in the Temecula area is looking to add an Attorney to its team.This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, energetic, and collaborative environment where attorneys are empowered to take ownership of their cases, build strong litigation skills, and make a meaningful impact on clients.What You’ll Do:Manage your own caseload from intake through resolutionRepresent clients in court and advocate across a variety of matters, with a focus on family law and/or personal injuryDraft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and settlement agreementsConduct legal research and develop case strategyMaintain consistent client communication and deliver a high level of serviceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case managementWhat We Are Looking For:Licensed attorney in CaliforniaLitigation experience preferred, ideally within family law and/or personal injuryAbility to independently manage cases with minimal supervisionStrong writing, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and Microsoft OfficeWhat Sets This Role Apart:High-growth firm with strong upward potentialSupportive, team-oriented cultureOpportunity to take ownership of your work and directly impact client outcomes
