Forklift/Warehouse AssociateElwood Staffing is currently hiring for experienced forklift operators for a local warehouse in Aurora, CO.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Forklift/Warehouse Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.50 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materialsPerform general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and documentation of goodsOrganize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and accessibilityConduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues or safety concernsAssist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.Forklift/Warehouse Associate Qualifications:Proven experience in a warehouse environmentDemonstrated proficiency and certification in operating sit-down forkliftsDemonstrated proficiency and certification in operating stand-up forkliftsAbility to perform physical general warehouse tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced settingExcellent communication and organizational skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
