Basic qualificationsB.S. in Computer Science, Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline10+ years of proven Java development experienceStrong Linux/Unix development, integration, and troubleshooting backgroundAbility to integrate, test, troubleshoot, and refactor software systems Day to day responsibilities:Designing, developing, and deploying microservices and containerized legacy applications on Kubernetes clusters.Integrating containerized components within Kubernetes orchestration environments.Debugging containers within Kubernetes orchestration environments.Debugging Java applications that a deployed to a Kubernetes environment.Technical skills required:Experience with Java developmentProficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, K3s) and related tooling.Solid expertise in Linux development, integration, and troubleshootingExperience with Bash and/or Python
