Travel Team Warehouse Selector / Reach Truck OperatorCapstone Logistics is seeking experienced Warehouse Selectors and Reach Truck Operators to join our Travel Team. This role supports warehouse start-ups and operational needs across the country. Candidates must be flexible, safety-focused, and ready to deploy quickly. Qualified candidates may receive on-the-spot offers following successful interviews and skills ResponsibilitiesPerform order selection in a fast-paced grocery warehouse environmentOperate powered industrial equipment including EPJ, forklifts, clampers, and reach trucksUtilize warehouse technology such as Vocollect, Voxware, and RF scannersSafely move, stack, and transport product throughout the facilityFollow all safety, quality, and productivity standardsSupport start-up and ongoing warehouse operations as neededPerform additional job duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 1 year of warehouse selector experience in a grocery distribution environmentProven experience operating powered equipment (EPJ, forklifts, reach trucks, clampers)Proficiency with voice and RF picking systems (Vocollect, Voxware, RF scanners)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, reaching, and movementStrong commitment to safety-first practicesWillingness to travel for 8+ weeks at a timeAbility to deploy within 1–2 weeks of offer acceptanceCompensation & BenefitsUp to $1,500 per week, based on experience and role$50/day per diem while travelingTravel team opportunities with consistent work and nationwide exposureFast-paced hiring process with potential for immediate offersAdditional InformationCandidates must bring two acceptable forms of ID for onboardingDeployment location details will be provided after selectionCurrent Capstone associates may not be eligible for this role
