About FORMAFLOFORMAFLO Floor Operations is a specialty industrial resin flooring contractor serving Fortune 500 food processors. We install epoxy, urethane cement, and polyaspartic systems inside operating food and pharma plants where downtime is measured in hours and tolerance for error is zero.We are scaling from 2 crews to 4 crews this year as part of a multi-year platform build. This role is the operating backbone of that growth.The RoleYou will own day-to-day field operations. The people, the schedule, the logistics, the plant communications. You will manage 15 to 25 field staff and growing, architect crew assignments across simultaneous job sites, and keep a live multi-crew master schedule in Google Calendar accurate at all times. You report directly to the CEO and hold full operational authority over the field business.This role exists because the CEO is currently doing this work and needs to transition to platform-level focus. You will absorb that scope.The Core ChallengeOn any given week you are orchestrating 2 to 4 crews, multiple CDL trucks, materials staging, hotel and travel logistics, and plant downtime windows that cannot move. A plant changes its shutdown by 48 hours and you re-sequence three crews, two trucks, and a materials delivery without missing a beat.
