Servers (Part-Time) Connect with guests. Deliver quality. Create something exceptional. The Pub Durango is looking for engaging, detail-oriented Servers to join the launch team of our new Irish pub. This is an opportunity to help shape our hospitality standards and culture from day one. We are looking for individuals who take pride in consistent service, lead with respect, and thrive in an organized, team-first environment where great food and great hospitality go hand in hand. Compensation is $12.14/hour base pay plus tips. While we don't have exact tip averages to share before we open, you will always be guaranteed a combined total of at least $15.16/hour per Colorado regulations.
