Warehouse Associate

You Have: Experience in a will-call style warehouse, managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups (technicians & RMA's). A clean driving history (for local deliveries). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Location: In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) 45 Kensico Dr, Mt Kisco, NY 10549 Schedule: Hours Per Week: 45 Hours Per Week Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (7:30am-4:30pm) Your Manager: Rocco, Dir. of Ops Our Core Values: Customer Service Great Place to Work Best in Industry Your Contribution to InnerSpace: Inventory Management: Incoming Shipments: Receive, verify, and process Inventory: Organize and store in designated locations Inventory Audits: ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse and fleet vehicles Warehouse Software: Update inventory records & track product movement Vendor RMA’s: Create & Process Order Fulfillment (For Internal Technicians): Products: Pick, pack, and accurately prepare kits for on-time pick-up Deliver to Field: Products, kits, or supplies (when necessary) Fleet Management Scheduling, overseeing repairs, and performing minor maintenance. Documentation and Reporting: Accurate Records: inventory transactions (receipts, shipments, and stock movement) Reporting: Inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
