Forensic analysis of project cost and cost control metrics. Individual shall be capable of evaluating and summarizing at an executive level; Cost to complete, Earned Revenue vs Earned Value, Time Related cost forecast, Fixed operational cost forecast, and correlation of the cost types with schedule impacts. Individual shall be able to analyze project occurrences and summarize those occurrences into financial forecasts. Additionally individual shall develop detailed account of project occurrences which resulted in financial forecast changes including both time related costs and direct costs. Construct and develop a process to track these occurrences for future and ongoing events. Individual must be able to work independent with knowledge of common public and private contract types and requirements.PrerequisitesMinimum of 15 years construction cost forecasting for large heavy civil construction projects in excess of $50MMinimum of 10 years of lead or Chief estimator experience for civil construction in fields of transportation, marine or heavy industrialMinimum of 10 years experience in a leadership role which provided support and oversight to Lead estimator, or Project Manager level direct reports.
