Enjoy engaging workdays, collaborating with educators and families, and impacting the lives of students within a supportive school community near Arlington Heights, IL.Qualifications and Experience:Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure as requiredExperience conducting comprehensive special education evaluationsStrong knowledge of IEP processes and proceduresDemonstrated ability to effectively facilitate IEP meetingsExperience providing consultative support to Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) teamsExcellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsCommitment to fostering positive student experiences and school climatesKey Responsibilities:Complete 20–40 special education evaluations per year, collaborating closely with students, staff, and familiesFacilitate and document IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and effective communication among team membersOffer ongoing support and consultation to the MTSS team to drive student success and intervention planningAnalyze data and prepare detailed reports to guide educational planningMaintain accurate records and confidentiality in line with school and district policiesContribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environmentSchedules are available for both part-time (20–24 hours/week) and full-time positions (37.5 hours/week), with typical school hours from 8 am to 4 pm.
