If you are a dependable, hard-working, and team-oriented individual who values meaningful work, Streck is looking for you to join our community of passionate people on a mission!Position SummaryThe Product Pooling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Pooling Department operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production of pooled final product within a regulated laboratory environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily pooling operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and Quality System requirementsPerform and demonstrate technical competency in all dilution and laboratory processesEnsure accurate and timely completion of batch records and production documentationMaintain aseptic technique and sterility standardsManage inventory and request chemicals, materials, lab supplies, and equipment as neededCommunicate operational issues and production updates to the Production ManagerIdentify and recommend process improvements for cost, efficiency, and labor optimizationRecruit, train, coach, and evaluate departmental staff in partnership with HRPlan staffing schedules, overtime, vacations, and production workflowsMaintain and update SOPs, training records, and safety documentationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline or Associate degree with relevant experienceAbility to perform algebraic calculationsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in ISO and/or FDA regulated environments preferredPrior supervisory or leadership experience preferredWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed in a climate-controlled biological/chemical laboratory environment.
