Job DetailsDescriptionSet Hourly Pay Rate: $29.05 USD Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday Essential Functions: Complies with all Agency policies and procedures and follows contract specificationsOversees and coordinates the quality control functions of the contractDevelops, implements, and manages Key Performance Indicators based on numerical data to assess custodial quality, operational performance, and organizational readiness to improve performance and productivityAssures that the performance objectives and standards specified by contract are met through the Quality Control and Training ProgramsAssures that Contractual Performance Work Statement (PWS) and frequencies of tasks comply with contractually expected quality levels and percentages of the USGPerforms assessment inspections daily to ensure policies and procedures are effectively managedReviews internal and customer inspection and observation reports and responds to inspection/deduction issuesAnalyzes deficiency patterns and builds improvement strategies for managers, supervisors, and crew leaders to followReports quality issues to the appropriate Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Director of Quality Assurance and ComplianceMaintains a file of inspection reports and other required reports on an electronic tracking systemOversees, tracks, and manages the internal corporate inspection system and performance with the JAMs programDevelops, implements, and manages procedures to improve teamwork, technical custodial practices, and working environment for all employeesDevelops and presents time management systems to ensure effective, efficient practicesKeeps up with contract changes, modifications, and provisions and makes sure changes are implemented and followedEnsures implementation of quality performance in accordance with the Cleaning Management Institute and safety in accordance with OSHA standardsDevelops, implements, and manages customer satisfaction and relationship programsEffectively facilitates and leads groups and/or works with staff on a one-on-one basisDrives company van as necessary in performance of job dutiesIdentifies high value customers and schedules visits to ensure customer feedbackResponds promptly to contracting office staff, building facility managers, and customersPasses and complies with CPR/First Aid training and OSHA trainingAttends work regularly according to assigned work scheduleComplies with dress code and personal hygiene standardsPasses and complies with all building and security requirements and proceduresEnsures that all staff comply with security proceduresWears ID badge(s) at all times while performing work under this ContractAttends and participates in in-service training, staff meetings, and other activities to facilitate professional development and applies required changes on the jobWorks cooperatively with others in a positive, enthusiastic, respectful, courteous mannerSecondary applicable for siteLicense must have been valid for at least 3 yearsAcceptable driving record as determined by Agency’s insurance carrier and by Chimes DC policies and proceduresIf driving 15 passenger van, must be at least 25 years oldCandidates with disabilities preferredEssential Personnel: This position is designated as essential. This means that when the facility is faced with an institutional emergency, employees in this position may be required to remain at their work location or to report to work to protect, recover, and continue operations at the facility.Education:College Degree or equivalentValid CPR/FA certification preferredKnowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirementsKnowledge of quality standards and procedures from the Cleaning Management InstituteKnowledge of regulatory standards, hospital standards, and facility managementKnowledge of OSHA and regulations for SDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and Bloodborne PathogensExperience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control and training managementExperience with electronic tracking systems such as MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMSNotes:At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted in lieu of the requirements specified above under Education and ExperienceWhat’s in it for you?
