Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Open Ended Contract Pay range: $85.00 to $95.00 per hour on W2 Schedule: This role is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite. Responsibilities: Be a strategic partner to hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience.Manage full cycle recruiting process from source to close.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies both individually and with team to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates.Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors and unemployment conditions.Exceptional stakeholder management skills.Possess excellent social, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers of all levels.Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, and remain flexible within a highly dynamic, changing environment while successfully meeting objectives.Ability to recruit beyond selling a role – understanding the unique qualities of each candidate, their motivation, and then match talent to the needs of the organization.Affinity for learning client's product lines and technology and the ability to leverage that knowledge for passionately promoting our brand.Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline. Must have: 8-10 Years plus in a large corporate environment. Specializing in Engineering recruitment. (Hardware/Software/Mechanical)Experience working with Semiconductor industry.Direct hire experience.
