Title: Coupa AdministratorLocation: RemoteSalary: $55,000 – $65,000 DOEWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Fully remote role with strong flexibility and autonomyTrue ownership of the Coupa platform, including configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancementsHigh-impact position partnering with Accounting, AP, and Procurement to drive system efficienciesOpportunity to build and refine end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processesVisible role with the ability to influence workflows, controls, and system best practicesKey Responsibilities:Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Coupa platformConfigure and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, and approval hierarchiesDesign, build, and optimize approval workflows across requisitions, invoices, and paymentsManage the full Purchase Order lifecycle, including creation logic, approvals, and change ordersConfigure and maintain PunchOut catalogs and supplier integrationsOversee supplier onboarding, enablement, and ongoing vendor data management within CoupaPartner with Accounts Payable to streamline invoice ingestion, 2-way/3-way matching, and exception handlingMonitor and enhance procure-to-pay (P2P) processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and complianceSupport and troubleshoot system issues, acting as the internal escalation point for Coupa-related questionsManage integrations between Coupa and ERP systems, including testing, validation, and issue resolutionDevelop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and spend analytics within CoupaLead system updates, enhancements, and new feature implementationsQualifications:3+ years of hands-on Coupa administration experience in a production environmentProven experience configuring user roles, approval workflows, Purchase Orders, and PunchOut catalogsStrong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, including requisitions, invoicing, and paymentsExperience supporting supplier onboarding and enablement within CoupaFamiliarity with ERP integrations and data flow between systemsBackground in Accounts Payable operations and best practicesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment#INAPR2026 #LI-KH1 #LI-REMOTE
