As the Real Estate Marketing and Operations Assistant, you will assist with marketing tasks, administrative operations, and client relationship management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting real estate marketing campaigns, preparing client communications, managing schedules, handling social media platforms, processing listings, and ensuring smooth office operations. You will also play a key role in maintaining databases, coordinating client showings, and supporting business development initiatives.QualificationsExperience with Marketing, Content Creation, and managing Social Media platforms.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules and calendars effectively.Proficiency in handling Administrative Operations, including processing real estate paperwork and maintaining client databases.Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal skills for client support and facilitating seamless communication between team members.Familiarity with real estate tools, platforms, or CRM software is a plus.Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
