Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney

Our client, a leading AmLaw firm with offices across the US, are looking to grow their Labor & Employment group in California with a number of strategic hires. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with substantial Labor & Employment litigation experience who is eager to build a long term career with a collaborative and high performing team.ResponsibilitiesIndependently handle all phases of Labor & Employment litigation, with an emphasis on handling discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.Regularly conduct & defend depositions, handle court appearances, and motion practice.
