Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional level of customer service to prospects and members
Create an environment of support and encouragement
Greet members, manage class check-ins, announce monthly promotions
Contact prospects via face-to-face, phone, text and email communication
Engage with prospects to determine fitness goals, develop rapport and book intro classes
Sell memberships; learn and understand the options, effectively communicate them to prospects, overcome objections and close sale
Help onboard new members
Provide assistance and information on product features and membership details
Become proficient with the client management software to troubleshoot member account inquiries and issues including class credits, billing details, cancellations, upgrades and downgrades, etc.
Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
Engage members in Retail to increase sales
Develop sales skills through consistent training and roleplaying
Participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio
Compensation & Perks:
This position is paid hourly plus sales commission
Free Pilates classes available to all employees outside of work hours
Potential for growth within the studios including additional sales and management roles
