Essential Job Functions Comply with 6S and all other company policies, rules, and procedures at all time Follow Manager's directions and instructions, as well as activities assigned by Assistant Manager. Gather all releases from customer service department to process then study and evaluate sources needed. Develop production schedules in accordance with sales forecast from long-term planning to day-to-day and support to evaluate capacity and new business opportunities, to meet with the volume requirement. (Volume capacity vs required, machinery tack time required) Capacity planning. Properly planning and scheduling production, to optimize production processes, reduce wastage, and increase productivity. This, in turn, leads to better-quality products and increased profitability. Confirm and keep updated the parameters to calculate the scheduled production, quality, efficiency, tack time and standard times. Effective Resource Utilization, ensure that resources such as materials, labor, and equipment are utilized effectively and efficiently, reducing waste and maximizing output. Optimize and maximize the production process. Calculate the series materials based on customer requirements of finished goods, taking into consideration parameters such as lead time, MOQ, standard time, quality, line efficiency, production constraints. Monitor production process, workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quick response to adjustments. Provide the necessary recovery plan in the event of a production delay and Efficiently allocate production to minimize company costs and meet delivery deadlines. Coordinate a meeting with related parties to explain the production schedule, discuss constraints, and mitigate any risks. Respond quickly to resolve and direct production issues related to production schedule, manpower and material shortages, etc. Cost Reduction: By optimizing production processes and reducing waste, PPC can help to lower production costs, leading to increased profitability. Work with the Manager to execute and implement process improvements. Production target setting and Track, implement KPI's to monitor the performance of key processes such as Production Scheduling Achievement, Finished Goods Day on Hand, Gross Inventory, Capacity Utilization, and Line Efficiency. Ensure materials and equipment are prepared for production.
