Software Technical Lead

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Technical Lead located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical projects, leading a team of developers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of code, and collaborating with other departments to align technical goals with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include code reviews, mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance to meet the highest standards. Responsibilities: Lead technical decision-making and architecture planning for core platform features. Work hands-on across the full tech stack: TypeScript, React, Mantine, Python with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis (cache), and Kubernetes. Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring clean code, quality standards, and efficient development workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and deliver features on time. Review pull requests, resolve complex bugs, and contribute to performance improvements. Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and agile development. Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of codebase as we grow. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development. Proficient in React (TypeScript) and Python with FastAPI. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis for caching. Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor and inspire developers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. Passionate about clean code, scalability, and solving complex engineering challenges.
