Java Full Stack Engineer

Work Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in the Dallas, Salt Lake City, Orlando, Washington DC, and Philadelphia areas.)

Duration: Contract with option to hire

Education/Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in SaaS product development or FDA-regulated medical device settings. AWS experience is advantageous. Job Description & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and sustain web applications across front-end and back-end frameworks using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot. Collaborate with teams, mentor junior engineers, and uphold high coding standards in a regulated environment. Engage in all phases of solution development, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business processes. Promote and implement automated processes, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines. Conduct code reviews and validate software for quality assurance.

Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.Experience with Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Understanding of Domain Driven Design, Event Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming is beneficial. Experience in agile methodologies and remote teamwork. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git/Gitlab, and experience in Behavior Driven Development. Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and AI tools in engineering is a plus.
