Salary: $41,000 - $65,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and TAG commissions
Job Type: Full-time
ACS Facility Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our facility services operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, a proven track record of leading teams to success, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities
Manage and coordinate the work of all staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and administrative personnel
Develop and implement facility management plans, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Manage and maintain customer relationships
Monitor and manage the budget for the assigned facilitiesDevelop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors
Train and develop staff to ensure a high level of performance
Perform other duties as assigned by the regional manager
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
Must be available to work scheduled hours of 1:30 pm -10 pm Monday through Friday and 20 Saturdays/Sundays for floor care jobs annually.
