Key Responsibilities Order Lifecycle & Flow Management
Monitor and Track: Oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the US Government Client account.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks or errors in the order process. Collaborate directly with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
