We are looking for team members who are ready to be empowered to go above and beyond.Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Executive HousekeeperJob SummaryThe Lobby Attendant at Caravan Court is responsible for ensuring public areas and offices are impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming, while reflecting the hotel's unique style and standards of service and hospitalityEssential Duties & FunctionsOperational ResponsibilitiesClean front desk public areaTake out trash from all office areasClean all public and employee restrooms on propertyRestock paper towels in all public restroomsClean fitness center and equipmentRestock fitness center water and amenitiesMop elevatorsVacuum and maintain elevator landingsComplete daily, weekly, and monthly projectsGuest ServicesAnticipate and attend to guest needs during interactionsBe proactive when attending to guestsTeam Support and TrainingAttend and contribute to department meetingsParticipate in cross trainingComplete all required trainingsCommunication and ReportingFacilitate all internal communications and follow up accordinglyRun all reports necessary to the operationComplete full shift pass on reports and checklistsLog all work in appropriate platformsSafety & ComplianceAdhere to all safety and security guidelinesFamiliarize with housekeeping SDS binderQualificationsEssential Skills and Qualifications· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Effective time management and problem-solving skills· Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail· Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilitiesPhysical Requirements· Sitting: Short periods of time· Standing/Walking: Long periods of standing, minimum of 5 consecutive hours· Lifting/Carrying: Occasionally, maximum of 50 pounds. Pushing/ Pulling cartsWorking Environment· Interior: Guest Rooms/ Guest room corridors· Exterior: Moderate outdoor working environmentBasics· Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas· Display courteous behavior with guests and team members· Report any unsafe conditions immediately· Ensure hotel equipment is in proper working condition· Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisorCandidate Profile· Education and Experienceo Minimum one year prior hotel housekeeping experienceo No minimum education requirements required
