Details for the position are as follows:$43-46 an hour10-month contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance and business needsLocation: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in East Hanover, NJTravel about once a month is required to different sitesJob Description:Independently and collaboratively lead cross-functional technical projects aligned with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and manufacturing objectivesDrive project execution by proactively communicating timelines, project updates, risks, and key deliverables to stakeholdersPlan, coordinate, and oversee pilot plant and manufacturing trials in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirementsLead product development activities including shelf-life studies, quality-by-design initiatives, consumer test preparation, and ingredient evaluationsPartner closely with the Hiring Manager to co-lead high-visibility projects involving collaboration with senior Internationalleadership teams and external suppliersSupport ingredient troubleshooting, process optimization, and technical problem-solving during pilot plant and factory trial activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful scale-up, commercialization, and execution of product development initiativesRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Meat Science, Nutrition Science, or a related life sciences discipline; candidates with strong food and beverage industry experience are highly preferredMinimum of 3+ years of experience within the food and beverage manufacturing industryHands-on experience in food manufacturing environments is required, with a strong understanding of food production processes and operationsBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
