This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):Review and retrieve required inventory parts on schematics, drawings, or work instructions.Perform simple to complex assembly operations.Inspect product to ensure specifications are met.Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.Possess some electrical and mechanical knowledge.Use small hand tools including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers.Identify quality discrepancies and communicate any issues to the department lead.Proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment and safety conditions.Maintain clean, neat, safe and orderly work area.Adheres to company policies and safety standards.Attend and participate in all required meetings and training.Other essential duties as assigned.Follow safety procedures, using required PPE and reporting hazards.Qualifications / Competencies:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalentBasic math skillsAble to use small hand toolsAdhere to quality and safety standardsPreferred Qualifications (Not Required):Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, machinery, tools, and quality control proceduresPhysical ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 poundsAble to read diagrams and understand basic electrical and mechanical conceptsSystems Used:Microsoft SuiteCSIUKGGeneral Notices:Process Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
