Quality Engineer

We are a conveyor manufacturer in Fairfield, Ohio. We are looking for a Quality Engineer. This role will develop quality standards, run our quality system and perform frontline inspection in fabrication, machining and assembly. This role will also be developing procedures as we gear up to be ISO certified. Responsibilities: Perform thorough inspections on all in process fabrications. Calibrate gauges Conduct and report internal audits. Implement and improve quality control operating procedures. Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects. Lead quality meetings Participate in routine visual inspections. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields, fabrication, assembly and machining. Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Schedule: 10 hour shift Work Location: In person
