Trueline's client, a privately owned civil construction company known for its hands-on culture and strong field teams, is seeking a Concrete Supervisor to join their team in the Mountain West region with regional travel. This role leads concrete placement and finishing crews in the field, owning quality, safety, and production while working on impactful civil projects with strong earning potential.What You'll Do as the Concrete Supervisor:Lead and supervise concrete placement and finishing crews on civil construction projectsOversee daily field operations including grading, forming, pouring, and finishingEnsure work meets quality control standards and project specificationsCoordinate with project managers and field leadership to keep projects on scheduleMonitor safety practices and maintain a safe, compliant jobsiteTrain and mentor crew members to improve performance and craftsmanshipManage materials, equipment, and crew productivity in the fieldMust-Haves as the Concrete Supervisor:5+ years of hands-on concrete experience in civil constructionProven ability to lead crews and manage field operationsStrong knowledge of grading, placement, and finishing techniquesExperience with quality control and reading project specificationsWillingness to travel regionally for projectsNice-to-Haves as the Concrete Supervisor:Experience working on large-scale civil or infrastructure projectsBackground in managing multiple crews or complex job sitesFamiliarity with project scheduling and reporting toolsOur Client Offers:Hourly pay in the $35-$45 range with significant overtime potentialPerformance-based bonuses with strong earning upside (often 10-20%+)Total compensation ranging $85,000-$115,000Company-covered travel, including truck, gas, and per diemRelocation assistance available for the right candidate401k with 6% matchMedical, dental, and vision coverage with employer contributionA close-knit, non-corporate culture where leadership is accessible and supportiveOpportunities for long-term growth as the company continues to expandTrueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
