Supply Chain Analyst

Overview:We are seeking an accuracy-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support Reverse Supply Chain operations within the HQ Returns and Inventory Reconciliation team. This role focuses on preventing customer impact and maintaining strong inventory control through investigation, reconciliation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, including work with a 3PL partner.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies related to returns, receipts, and adjustmentsReconcile inventory across multiple internal and external systemsPerform high-volume, accuracy-critical data entry and researchMeet daily SLA commitments and prioritize customer-impacting issuesPartner cross-functionally and with 3PL vendors to drive resolutionBuild and maintain daily/weekly reporting on volume, SLAs, KPIs, and customer impactIdentify root causes and recommend process improvementsRequired Skills:3–6 years of supply chain or operations experience (inventory reconciliation, reverse logistics, or fulfillment)Strong Excel skills, including formulas and report buildingERP experience (SAP preferred) across multiple systems/process flowsHigh attention to detail with large data volumesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skillsEffective communication and cross-functional collaborationComfortable in repetitive, deadline-driven environmentsPlusses:Hands-on reverse logistics or returns operations experienceExperience working with 3PL/vendor partnersKPI and service-level reporting development experience
