HR Operations Specialist (Korean Bilingual)

HR Operations Specialist (Korean & English Fluency)FocusKPI is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. Work Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: 6-month contract; On-site role (5 days a week) Pay Range: $35/hr to $44/hr Responsibilities: Operate the HR process for all dispatchers Provide support for the new dispatcher's settlements Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data Perform other tasks as assigned Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example, all-hands meetings, happy hours, and team-building events Qualifications: U.S. College degree required (BA is preferred) 5-7 years overall professional work experience Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in HR roles, preferably in tech companies Fluency in English and Korean required (Mandatory Korean bi-lingual, English & Korean (Speak, Read, Write)) Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, using Excel is preferred Strong written/verbal communication skills Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines Preferred HR Experience: Compensation Analysis/Salary Determination Immigration Thank you!
