We're building a team of reliable pros who keep operations moving, and we recognize the value you bring every shift.When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.These are the qualifications that matter.High school diploma or GED requiredTechnical or vocational training preferredExperience reading engineering drawings and technical documentsProficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and torque toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive assembly tasksPreferred Experience:2+ years of aerospace, aviation, or defense manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with AS9100 or ISO quality standardsIPC, soldering, or aerospace assembly certifications are a plusKey Responsibilities:Assemble aerospace parts and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and torque equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructionsPerform fastening, bonding, sealing, and precision assembly operationsConduct in-process inspections to verify quality and dimensional accuracyDocument production activity, inspections, and traceability recordsFollow AS9100, ISO, safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanroom proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized work areasWhy This Job?Our client offers a range of competitive benefits to keep their teams happy, healthy, and invested.
